      Our mandate is to invest in single-family housing, multi-family housing, and commercial related deals that we believe will produce outsized returns.  There are a very large number of differing deal types that allow us to maximize our return objectives.  The deals in which we invest will vary depending upon the investment climate, our pricing forecasts, and the particulars of a given deal.

      In 2007 and 2008, our primary focus will be on taking advantage of the current “buyer’s market.”  We are seeing a great number of opportunities to acquire attractive redevelopment deals in constrained markets all across the country.  Further, the skyrocketing rate of foreclosures nationwide has created a series of distress sale opportunities which coupled with a stronger than normal need for affordable multi-family housing developments provides us with an overabundance of potential deals.
