Our Mission Statement

      Madison Venture Associates LLC (the “Company”) consists of an accomplished team of experienced professionals in key positions.  The Company will acquire and develop quality properties in both the commercial and residential markets.  In addition, the Company strives to become an asset to the communities in which it invests by ensuring the availability of quality affordable low-income housing to those less fortunate.  Finally, the Company seeks to provide its Members with dividends and yields on their respective investments in the Company that can only be achieved through extreme diligence and an expectation of continued excellence.
